In these General Conditions of Sale, the words below will have the following meaning:

Establishment : natural or legal person offering goods and services for sale.
Client : a natural or legal person making a purchase from the establishment.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 22 May 2020. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.
