• 7:00 pm | Genesis: Masterclass & Technical Tasting Our team welcomes you for a demonstration of Extractions. Understanding the process means discovering how we capture the soul of a product to deliver its quintessence. You will taste pure juices, true ‘cooking wines’.
• 8:00 p.m. | The Parallel Dinner: Major Pairings Take your seat for a tasting menu designed to be a mirror. With each dish, the extraction dialogues with an exceptional vintage.
